Evergreen Ice Sports was created to insure that all people have the opportunity to participate in an ice sport, regardless of their financial status, disability or any other condition. It is the goal of Evergreen Ice Sports to provide an area where this can be accomplished. Evergreen Ice Sports will seek ice time at local rinks to provide Skating Lessons of all levels, to provide “free skate” time and to provide a facility where ice shows can be performed in order to give back into the community that supports us.
Evergreen Ice Sports is a Non Profit Corporation formed in the state of Washington in 2006. The corporation was established by a group of individuals who saw a need for more support in the ice sports area. This group is made up of a representation of all ice sports in the area and will continue to be run with that concept in mind. Evergreen Ice Sports will solicit funds from local business as well as from the general public.
Benefits of Membership
Benefits of Membership may include reduced fees for public and freestyle sessions, ice shows (ie: Champions on Ice, Disney on Ice, etc.), as funds allow, an opportunity to attend EIS coordinated events at a reduced price (ie: Champions on Ice, Annual Dinner/Auction, special events, ice time, etc.), ability to actively volunteer and participate in meetings, fundraisers, and competitions, access to E.I.S quarterly newsletter, access to E.I.S website and ice sport related links, and an exclusive Evergreen Ice Sports membership pin.
